The situation is very evolutionary : every day, we adapt as quickly as possible, following closely the authorities opinion and health's recommendations.

Rest assured that all the camping staff is mobilized and has redefined all these services and protocols to adapt them to the context linked to Covid-19, to guarantee you a stay in the best conditions of hygiene and safety.

From the 25 May 2020, the campsite offers you to book your stay while having peace of mind, with 2 packs set up :

1- Pack 100% serenity

- Booking fee 0€

- 25% deposit on booking

- Balance has to be paid until 7 days before your arrival (credit card only)

- Modification without charge

- Full refund of your stay in the following 3 cases of cancellation caused by Covid-19 :

• One of the participant declared on your rental contract is affected by Covid-19
• You live in an area under confinement and cannot access to your campsite
• Your campsite is in a confined area

2- 100% safety pack

- Strict application of all instructions given by the authorities: Special reception protocol with specific information guide / Staff equipped and trained / Gel and hydroalcoholic lotion available in the strategic points of the campsite (reception, bar, snack, grocery, sanitary, children's club, gym, swimming pools, etc.) / Respect for social distancing and barriers gestures / Management of queues at points of service to guarantee safety distances / Generalization of receptions to the barrier or reception desk “one by one”, with anticipated and simplified administrative steps (see package 100% serenity)

- Bar/Snack/Grocery : Layout of dining spaces and increase of take-away dining with service secure online for orders and payments

- Rentals and common premises : Use of disinfection products certified to Covid-19 standards for cleaning surfaces and floors / Extended rest time between rentals for disinfection by special Covid-19 smoke cartridge

- Activities : Children's reception in small groups for the children's club, respecting specific health instructions / Activities and teen/adult evenings thought and worked for the respect of gestures barriers and social distancing

Little reminder about our fundamentals

- Our accommodation are independent, spaced, surrounded by nature
- We offer the outdoors : living spaces are not closed or confined
- Social distancing is easy to respect
- It is obvious and usual for our customers
- Access to our sites is through individual modes of transport (cars, etc.)
- Our pools are chlorinated, disinfected, disinfectant and controlled by trained personnel
- Our campsite is subject to drastic regulations
